Windows 8 error DEP0700 : Registration of the app failed. An internal error occurred with error 0x80073D05

Guess how I fixed this? The good old REBOOT. After I closed everything and restart the machine; it starts working again. if not you need to remove any special caractere from the app name like | or & character
